As a Pipeline Manager at REALTIME you will oversee the crucial development, deployment and support of our Studio Pipeline. Leading a group of Department TDs and Pipeline Developers, you’ll be driving the design and implementation of a standardized Pipeline for use across our Games and Episodic teams.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering you will work to enhance our Pipeline whilst minimizing risk, ensuring the Studio’s requirements and project specific requirements are met. You’ll collaborate closely with Production teams and act as an escalation point for any work flow issues that arise, supporting REALTIME across various departments and projects.

This role includes:

• Taking ownership of our Pipeline, responsible for improving and evolving as needed across our Games and Episodic business units.
• Managing a team of TDs and Developers who will be deploying, configuring and supporting our existing pipeline, providing support where required and promoting a positive work environment.
• Working with Production and the Head of Engineering to ensure adequate support coverage, meeting the demands of all active projects
• Act as an escalation point for CG and VFX Supervisors and Production Management to resolve pipeline and work-flow issues.

Experience we are looking for:

• 7 years+ experience in post production for feature film, cinematics or episodic work
• Proven experience managing a team – whether that’s pipeline, software or technology
• Production experience with Maya, Katana, Unreal, Houdini and/or Nuke, familiarity with relevant APIs
• Proficient working with Shotgun or other Production & Asset Management Systems
• Skilled working with Python in a production environment
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Graphics or relevant field desired
